Following the inspection, we completed a full review of the findings and implemented a comprehensive corrective and preventive action plan. This included strengthening management accountability, reinforcing daily food safety verification, additional management and team training, increased Regional and Operations Excellence oversight, and further internal food safety auditing.</div>

We have also completed further Food Safety training with the Cardiff management team and introduced a Food Safety Inspection Tool Kit to support continued verification of standards.</div>
